Warm balmy days, cool breezy nights and fertile, subtropical soil come together to create the Caribbean´s best secret. This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1.250 to 1.500 meters, high in the Central Dominican Mountains. The coffee beans, or ”cherries” are hand picked and naturally fermented with fresh mountain water, then sun dried in the glorious Caribbean sun. The result is a coffee that is medium bodied with a pleasant acidity, and a soft, slight taste of chocolate.

Jamaica Blue Mountain is maybe the most exclusive coffee in the world. It is still shipped in wooden barrels of 70 kg and sold at prices that not everybody is prepared to pay.
